Strengthen Your Skills In Cheerleading Classes

Young athletes interested in developing their tumbling skills as a hobby or to work towards competitive cheerleading can participate in our series of classes. These gym classes are held at our Chandler All Stars facility in Dalton, Georgia. All of these cheerleading classes are $80 a month for a weekly 45-minute class or $40 a month for a biweekly class.

Tumble 100

Athletes use drills and stations to focus on learning a front walkover and back walkover, as well as perfecting a round off. Students also begin to work drills for a back handspring.

Tumble 200

Athletes focus on perfecting a round off back handspring. Children also learn to incorporate back walkovers, front walkovers, and cartwheels with back handsprings in both standing and running tumbling.

Tumble 300

Students can start learning how to do a round off back handspring back tuck. They’ll also work to incorporate front walkovers, a series of back handsprings, and punch fronts into running tumbling passes. Standing tumbling helps perfect and increase athletes’ power in a series of back handsprings, as well as jumps to back handsprings.

Tumble 400

Athletes begin to learn a round off back handspring layout, while working to incorporate front walkovers, series of back handsprings, and punch fronts and whips into running tumbling passes. Standing tumbling perfects standing back handsprings and jump back handsprings into layouts and tucks. Students won’t spend time working standing tucks in this class.

Tumble 500

Athletes begin to learn a round off back handspring full. They’ll also work to incorporate front walkovers, a series of back handsprings, and punch fronts and whips into running tumbling passes. This works to perfect their standing back handsprings and jump back handsprings into layouts, fulls, and doubles. Students work on everything from multiple jumps to a standing back tuck.
